What drives the price of estate plan (will & trust)
Estate plan pricing mostly tracks what documents you need and whether a trust is involved. A will with powers of attorney is the simple end. A revocable living trust package costs more because the attorney also has to move assets into the trust, and retitling your house means preparing and recording a deed.
Couples are often priced together, and complexity is what pushes quotes up: a blended family, a business, out-of-state property, or tax planning all add drafting time.
